Order Policy
At Mettle, we take great care to keep our online boutique updated with our current inventory. However, many of our pieces are limited edition or one-of-a-kind. As a result, there may be occasions when an item you’ve selected becomes unavailable before the website reflects the update.
Order Process and Product Availability
Once you’ve made your selection, proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
You will receive an email from Mettle acknowledging your order. We will then verify the availability of the item. If confirmed, we will process your payment and send you a confirmation email with delivery details.
If the item is no longer available, your order will not be accepted and will be cancelled with a full refund. We will also suggest alternative or similar styles. Any new selection will require a separate order and payment authorization.
Please note, placing an item in your cart or wish list does not reserve it. The item remains available for purchase until your order is confirmed. All products remain the property of Mettle until full payment has been received and successfully processed.
Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and acceptance.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in Singapore. Kindly allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Mettle reserves the right to decline an order at its sole discretion.
