All purchases made on Mettle are final. Due to the intricacy and craftsmanship involved, orders typically take 4–6 weeks for delivery within Singapore and will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. International orders are dispatched via DHL or FedEx.

At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, please contact us immediately.
